Lineage: Mei was the first daughter to the fire lord, but he wanted a son so he willingly gave her up to a poor family in an outside village. She has no idea who her father is, and she does know she's adopted.. But she doesn't know she's of royal blood.
Biography: Meiyo was born and raised in a village outside of the Fire Nation. She was young, nearer to five than six, when she discovered her sole purpose of living. She would be a great fighter. She knew the consequences she would have to face, but decided against them. Not only was this girl adopted, but she was never told of her true, pure blood line. She hailed from the Air bending Avatar's line of blood. She had no idea, either. Despite being so closely related to Air Nomad's, she somehow managed to fire bend. It was something she was so natural at. She was ten when she was given her first weapons. They were twin katanas with bamboo handles. Simple, yet effective. As she matured, her second set of weaponry was quite the winner. They were over sized kunai that were a bit thinner, and were short styled, hand held weapons. They were fraternal twins. The first was named Raijin, the second being Fujin. Fire and Water. Opposites that worked so well together.
She went on with her life and grew to become obsessed with nothing but pleasing the crowd, but only when it benefited her mood. She's not exactly the hero, but she is definitely a helping hand. She loves money, and sex. She also loves the feel of victory. She grew up learning that winning the fight didn't really matter; so long as her opponent couldn't walk, and even if she was left on her own knees, she was satisfied.
Personality: Meiyo is not the quiet type. She's loud, rambunctious, and needs attention upon her. She loves to put on a show, and does not care who she disappoints. She's decided that no matter her previous purpose in life, she'd change it no matter what. The people of the fire nation piss her off usually, so she has little to no friends, and no one really wants to friend her; but they want to know her. She's gained the title Sei sono Sune-ku because of her desire for sexual pleasures. It's a bad habit, but she's a horn-dog for lack of terms.

No heat: Considering the fact that she can fire bend, and control fire as well as heat and temperature pertaining to heat, this move is particularly fancy. She uses Fujin and withdraws all heat from the blade, making it feel as if ice is piercing through her foe's flesh upon strike.
Fire bed: Mei moves with agile strikes to outline a single sized 'bed' into the ground/floor of her fight's arena. Before her foe can notice, she comes and kicks her (weakened) opponent down and fire ignites the moment they touch the outline. The fire comes from a spark that's sent the moment she kicks, or pushes, her opponent down. The foe is usually smart enough to roll out of the flames which are mostly used to burn off clothing as a form of embarrassment.
No-pain flame: Meiyo can create a sort of fire barrier to protect herself, and/or someone nearest to her. It prevents others from touching them, but the effect of the fire can wear off quickly if Mei is tampered with. The longest she's held up her barrier is a solid three minutes, nothing longer.
Weapons: Raijin (Fire) and Fujin (Ice). Her twin kunai that were hand crafted for her bidding of death and destruction.
