Kayami, Eastern Air Warrior

Origin: Air Nomad – Eastern Air Temple

Lineage: None of importance.

Biography: Kayami was raised in the Eastern Air Temple with her sister, Masimi (who Keres will play if she ever makes a fucking character!). She never knew who her parents really were, but she was raised by the monks and nuns. At the age of fifteen, she was declared a prodigy in Airbending, when she discovered a very simple method of using Airbending offensively. Of course, being, for the most part, peaceful, they only ever even use that in self defense. Having progressed through all the levels of bending and having invented a new technique, Kayami was given the arrow tattoos of a great Airbender at age 16. Unlike most others, however, she has allowed her hair to grow back in.

Abilities: As mentioned in the biography, Kayami invented a way to use Airbending offensively. Other weapons (such as her throwing knifes, as shown below, or even a sharpened stick) are needed, and are launched with heightened speed and accuracy.

Personality: Once you get past her sweet exterior, Kayami is really a very bitter person. She has slight issues with abandonment, as she doesn't know her parents, and resents her older sister the few years she actually had with them. But to those she knows well, Kayami is kind. Not nice, exactly – but kind. She's generous and dislikes causing pain or fighting. But she shows none of this openly, hiding it behind the strong, girlish, sweet face she puts on for the rest of the temple.

Weapons: Throwing knives in leather bands around her upper right thigh and left wrist. Also has a staff like most Airbenders.

No one is a master just yet, so make her something like, and exceptional air bender, so she has some room to improve over the time of the site.

*nodnod* I changed the phrasing a bit. Since she had to be pretty damn good to have the tattoos, and I don't want to go through some long drawn out process where she actually got them - plus, for that, she'd have to be younger, so.....yeah. XD

So basically, in the eyes of the other nomads, she's technically a 'master', but she hasn't mastered everything.
