Lineage: None that I can think of.
Biography: Masimi was raised (as Katy stated in her application) in the Eastern Air Temple, with her sister Kayami. However, Masimi remembers more about their parents seeing as she was a year older than her sibling when they dropped them off at the Temple. When she was sixteen, Masimi developed a new Airbending technique that allowed Airbenders to dig into the ground/whatever as soon as she had gone through every move she could get her hands on, and was given her Arrow Tattoos at seventeen.
Abilities: The aforementioned digging technique- while a single sweep of slicing gusts churn up the ground, another comes up underneath the chunks and tosses them somewhere else. (....Yeah, Iunno.) This also comes with being able to control her whip in any way you can think of.
Personality: Masimi isn't a calm person, but tries to keep it under check as the Air Nomads are a pretty peaceful race; She is a skilled fighter, and trains almost constantly even though she doesn't need it. To most people she is a hidden person that keeps to herself and only truly cares about her sister.
Weapons: A whip that she can control with her Bending, as well as without. It is wrapped around her waist constantly- even when not in battle, and the typical staff of an Airbender.
