Love The Way You Lie ( I want a 5 star RPer. D: )

Light zephyrs kept pushing little tornadoes around of a lone figure. The figure was dressed in a kimono type outfit, it being their usual attire. Instead of the traditional hakama pants, they were cuffed and tied off at mid-calf. The cuffs were stark white and laced with a crimson ribbon that tied on the back of the calf. The rest of the pants were ebony and golden designs outlined up the legs. Despite being a bit bigger for the extra room to move, the pants dressed a set of feminine hips. They were slightly exposed due to the slits down the sides of the pants. It was also evident that this figure was female due to the tiny waist, large bust, and thin shoulders. Her waist was hugged with a red set of wrappings that fit her like a corset. It was over the top of her attire, being a matching shirt to her pants. Ebony, gold stitches, white cuffed shoulders with the red ribbon.

Her feet were dressed in a pair of traditional sandals, better known as zori. Her ankles were wrapped with red bandages, her wrists being wrapped with white. She had her weapons secured in the holsters upon her lower back/rear area. The woman had a large red scarf decorated with orange spirals about her neck. It hid her mouth from view. She also had on a pair of sun glasses. (I do know that's not what they were called, but let's just say they were around back then.) Her hair was tied off near the base of her head, and her bangs were left to frame her face. Her hair was ebony, despite the tips of her bangs. They were a brighter scarlet. Bloody.

She was meandering around with her hand holding a pipe to her mouth. She was puffing upon something quite amazing. An herb she loved dearly. They hadn't really named it yet, but to you kids, it's name is marijuana. ( ♥ ) She chuckled to herself and stopped moving to lean herself against the railing of a bridge that was so conveniently over a stream of water. This woman, being calm at the moment, was one you could pin as the life of the party. She was also easily pinned as a fire bender; her attire screaming that. She sighed gently, a relaxed sound. She let her eyes open to the dark shade her glasses gave her. She slipped them off and let the sun kiss those sunken sockets. "What to do today..." she muttered gently, sighing a hit she had held through her words.

Another day of dreaming. The lone Cowboy found himself rested beneath a tall oak tree, shaded from the sun by it's massive branches. He was stretched out and lying on his back, hands resting behind his head and one leg crossed over the other; just relaxing with his eyes closed. A half bent smoked cigarette hung loosely between his lips, slowly puffing on it as he listened to the soothing sound of nothing, nothing but birds. Now this wasn't your typical Cowboy, he didn't wear a hat, he didn't own a horse, and he wasn't exactly a hero. He was just a guy trying to get by with out getting killed, he never once thought having honor and morals made him a good person. He never did it for those reasons anyway, it was for something deeper than money or justice. He had obligations to fulfill, and until then, he could never stop dreaming.

The Cowboy was dressed in navy blue slacks, formal black shoes, a navy blue jacket and a tan dress shirt with a black tie; he had decided to keep the jacket off though, keeping it on his shoulder instead. A holster lay empty beside him while the gun rested on his belt line, the barrel going into his pants. He puffed on his cigarette til it's last drag, enjoying every sweet second of it while listening to the birds chirping. Though that was quickly interrupted when the sounds of footsteps rang through his ears, he spit out his cigarette and squinted over at the figure standing on the bridge. It was a young girl starring out into a stream of water. She seemed to have something in her mouth, it looked like a pipe so he assumed she was smoking; to him she looked kinda young, but then again, why did he care? He shrugged her off as just another bystander and simply closed his eyes. He then faded back off into his thoughts of nothing, just laying there in silence, relaxing.

A soft breeze brushed through his dark green hair and ruffled his tan dress shirt, his mind was empty and relaxed, only a tune was being played in his head. A tune which found it's way to his lips, whistling it softly to himself; to him, it sounded kinda nice. He always did enjoy the simple things in life. Maybe he would just lay here and nap for awhile, he'd worry about what he would do later, later...

Mai let her right elbow perch upon the railing, her form turning slightly to bend herself over. She was just staring out at the water. Sometimes she tried to wish herself a water bender, but at the same time, it didn't matter. She liked fire and destruction. It was fun. She couldn't really complain too much about her life, either. She took another loving drag from her pipe before pulling it from her mouth. She laid it down upon the railing and closed her eyes. She felt her lungs struggle for a moment and then she gently exhaled, her eyes opening at the same time. She felt everything around of her become.. less important. Her head was clear and she felt light. She was a bit too hot, though.

She reached her hand up and uncoiled her scarf, folding it and then picked up her pipe. She walked across the bridge and around to the water. She wanted to dip her feet in. She slipped off her glasses and laid them down upon her scarf, her pipe being empty other than the left over resin. She sat down on the grass and slipped off her zori, her feet being pressed into the water while she laid back completely. "Sometimes I wish I knew that I were important," she sighed and just stared at the clouds, finding them comforting to her situation. Mai leaned up for a moment and pulled her hair free from the tie, allowing it to fall around of her shoulders and drape down her back. She looked gorgeous with those big green eyes and black hair.

It was hard to look away from her.

She bit upon the corner of her lower lip and forced herself onto her back. She lay there with her mind completely clear. Her hands were laying on her upper stomach, just below her bust. She moved a hand and scratched gently at the side of her neck and then moved her hand back. After a few moments of lying there, she tuned in to a whistling sound. A song. Something she knew, actually. She paid no mind to the figure whistling. Instead, she started humming along, and then let her lips pucker gently so she could whistle too; with the Cowboy she hadn't even known existed.

Derek's never been a fan of the heat, hell it was hot enough cook an egg; and that thought just made him hungry, too bad he was broke. A small bead of sweat dripped down his forehead, but for the most part he still felt pretty cool under the shade. His brownish red eyes were hidden beneath his closed eyelids, he barely kept them open when he relaxed; everything looked better in his head. He inhaled a deep breath as he laid there in silence with no intention of sleep, he was just killing time; just dreaming of a place that no longer exists. The lanky figure rose to a sitting position, his arms drooping lazily at his sides as he rolled his neck. "Ahhh..." He felt the bone crack, it felt very soothing after laying there for so long. He slowly rose to his feet, his expression was calm and cool as he threw his jacket back on.

The path he chose led him to the bridge the young woman had been nearby, this way was into town, and that was where he could hopefully score some quick cash; or at least food. The Cowboy walked slowly with what some would consider bad posture, but to him it was just comfortable. His hands dug into his pockets, his eyes closed and the sweet tunes started playing in his head; it was her tune. Once he reached the bridge, his footsteps came to a halt and his right hand slowly left his pocket. He grabbed the pack of cigarettes from his jacket's front pocket and quickly flipped it open, grabbing a single cigarette and stuffing the pack back into his pocket.

The Cowboy placed the cigarette between his lips and pulled a lighter out of his pants pocket. He lit the cigarette quickly, using his middle finger to spark it. Almost immediately after taking the first drag he felt his stomach grumble; rather loudly too. "You sing off-key." He said calmly in his deep cool guy voice as his hand moved back to his pocket. Derek then continued on his way, his footsteps slow and peaceful, he was never really in a rush to get somewhere. A small cloud of smoke followed the cowboy as he puffed on his cigarette, walking the same way he always does...

Mai just allowed herself to wiggle her toes and she sat up after a comment was made. 'You sing off-key...' It was such a calm tone, and it belonged to a male. The timbre was gentle, yet loud enough for her to catch it. She blinked gently and let her bright green eyes shift over to the male so she could look at him. He looked so.. ordinary. She watched his hand shift to ignite his lighter, or so she though, so he could light his cigarette. She chewed her lower lip for a moment before she stood up, slipped on her zori, and moved.

She moved to follow after the male, her lips finding their way around of her pipe. She held the end between her teeth while she lingered nearer to the male. "I do, eh?" she questioned gently, letting her head tilt while she made to walk next to him. Mai had moved her pipe from her mouth and tucked it away for safe keeping. She slipped a hand into a fold of her kimono top and pulled a bag out. She was hungry, and the bag held money. She opened it up and took note of the amount inside. Enough to get a meal, or double. She was really hungry... She slipped the purse into place and meandered along with the male.

"So, you're saying you sing better, eh?" She looked him over, taking in his appearance. Tall, lanky, yet strong. She could just feel his strength radiate around of his form. She smiled lightly and licked over her lower lip again. "Where are you headed, stranger?" She pressed, finding it interesting that a man like this would be wandering out in the forested area. She found it odd indeed.

Derek drifted lazily along the long and narrow forested path, blocking himself out from the world around him and relaxing to a soft familiar tune in his head. His eyes still remained closed and facing the ground, he walked with a slight hunch and both hands in his pockets. He slowly puffed on the bent up cigarette that hung between his lips, for now he was at peace. Footsteps rang through his ears and like he figured, the silence would be interrupted by something; it was that girl.

A barely noticeable smirk stretched across his face as she asked that question in her high pitched voice. He found himself wondering why she was even taking her time to talk to him in the first place, or why she was following him. Though he thought it was funny that she walked after him just to ask him that sarcastic question; leave it to a woman to never act on reason. He inhaled a puff from his cigarette and exhaled it soon after out of the corner of his mouth, aiming the smoke towards the girl intentionally. "I don't sing." He said calmly and coolly in his deep voice, his eyes still refusing to open as he peacefully strolled down the path.

Derek inhaled another much larger drag, smoking nearly all of what was left of his bent cigarette as he listened to her second question. After taking a moment to exhale, he spoke up in his usual cool-guy tone. "Dunno.. Guess where ever the road takes me.." As he finished that last word, his stomach growled very loudly. "..Or wherever I can get something to eat." He said as his left hand removed itself from his pocket and rubbed his stomach briefly; his hand returning a few moments later. It sucked being broke, but that's the life of a Cowboy; Can't always expect to get the best work.

"Ah-haha.." she chuckled nervously at his answer to her question. "I don't sing," he say's, she thought to herself. Her head shook gently and her eyes flicking up to his face. She admired his features and let her eyes shift from them to his basically finished cigarette. That was something new. Tobacco wrapped in paper? That was so odd. "What is that?" she questioned, pointing to the cigarette between his lips. She was use to smoking out of a pipe... not from a filter.

He was so weird. Tall, skinny, lanky.. but strong. Quiet, reserved, and laid back. He had this hard exterior that appeared to be hard to break down. She was so straight forward, bossy, and nit-picky. She wanted information without even being polite about it. She prodded, poked, and persuaded to get what she wanted. She was persistent and rude. He was just... "Hmmn..."

Something sparked right there. He was so opposite of herself. She chuckled inwardly and shook her change purse. "I'll feed you," she muttered and moved in front of him and turned. She started to walk backward, her form moving quite easily. "On one condition, though," she said sternly, stopping with herself perched in front of him. "You've got to tell me what you have on.." She had a puzzled look on her face while she moved a hand to touch his jacket. It was such an odd set of clothes. Something she hadn't really seen before. "I mean, really? What is this?" She laughed lightly and shook her head while she fell in step next to him.

Lazily drifting further and further down a path that led to nowhere, least that's how it felt, like he could just walk for an eternity; just like this. In his head he was living a reality that longer was, and when he opened his eyes, the dream continued. It was like watching a dream he could never wake up from, like patches of reality were blurred to him, so he could never really see the whole picture. The Cowboy's posture remained unchanged as he walked, his eyes never opening as his head slowly bobbed to the same tunes in his head. 'What is that?' As he heard her high-pitched voice, one of his eyes opened up to view her. Up until now he hadn't really noticed she was physically attractive, but to him that still meant nothing; he had no attraction to her or anyone simply because of their body. "A cigarette." He said simply in his deep voice as his only visible eye closed.

Derek slowly inhaled a final puff from his bent up cigarette and held it in briefly, enjoying every second of it's sweet taste. She was annoying, nosy, and persistent, what else should he expect from a woman? After exhaling the cloud of smoke, he spit the scrunched-up cigarette out onto the floor; not even taking the time to put it out. As she stepped in front of him, both his eyes flickered open to a lazy squint. Guess the words 'I'll feed you' got his attention, leave it to a man's stomach to cloud his judgment. His colorful brown eyes now visible for the first time and though they appear similar, if you look closely the colors are slightly different; the right having more red to it.

As hungry as he was, he wasn't one to take charity, his answer was already set in stone before she even got to finish saying 'one condition'. Derek perfectly timed his steps so that he stopped roughly at the same time as her, towering over her as he looked down with his dull eyes. He was silent as she asked him what he had on, he himself didn't understand what was wrong with what he wore; maybe it was just him. His lanky figure leaned away from her hand just enough so that she would miss touching his jacket, he disliked being touched; especially by a stranger. "It's just a jacket." He said calmly in reply to her as he resumed walking just like before.

Meiyo just smiled. He was so odd, but she liked it. The way he would move away from her touch. She understood why he would do it, but she didn't like it too much. She shrugged gently and moved her hand to her change purse. She slipped out a fair amount to feed him, not even thinking to leave any for herself. "Here," she mumbled and passed him the money. "Mayhaps I'll see you around?" She looked up to him, her lips curving into a lopsided smile. Her eyes, usually a green colour, had changed slightly. They were golden. It was something very odd, indeed.

When she was given the chance to look at his own eyes, she savored the moments. The eyes were her favorite piece of body. The iris, even more-so. They were just gorgeous. All the colours, and the etched details. It was her favorite thing.

"You don't owe me anything," she said before he could even protest to her giving him anything. She turned upon her heel and sauntered off toward the closest town. It was about a mile off.. so she could either get ahead of him and stay there, or wait for him to catch up. She didn't mind, either way worked for her. She kept walking, though. She left him to either stand there, or follow her to food.
