Lineage: toph's grandchild and Haru's grandchild found each other, and are both in his ancestry somewhere. Related somehow to Tai Shan. (I'm thinking like distant cousins.)

Biography: Haru grew up without a father, even before the avatar left. He was blinded when a fire nation soldier's Rhino had kicked him in the eyes. He was lucky to survive and spent almost a year recovering. He heard stories about Toph and decided to try her way of seeing, through the ground. When he had mastered this, he realized that her fighting style was so effective, because she waited long enough to sense what was happening through her bending. So he used the same style and started to improve massively. At 16 he won the earth rumble, just to prove that he could, and left home, giving his mother the money and the belt.

Abilities: Snake; A snaking bending move than moves backwards around the user in a wide circle, then takes the opponent from behind.

Personality: Haru is always proving those who tried to tell him he is weak wrong. He has a gentle side, which really hates hurting killing, of the enemy or of his people, which is why he won't go to war. He is convinced that he is almost as powerful as his great great great, etc. grandmother somehow removed and whatnot, Toph, because he can almost bend metal. But if he gets angry enough, he stops thinking and just fights, which can be devastating to his opponents,or to himself, because he fights through his injuries.

Weapons:
they match, stone, pommel and all. They both have the Daggers' symbols, and pommel, kay?

Your ancestory makes you at least my cousin. May want to mention that. The whole blinding thing could work just from the kick itself if it hit him in the right spot, like right in the eye area.
